Wenn dieser blöde Hagel nicht gewesen wäre, könnte ich dir einen Karton voll schicken, denn normalerweise habe ich die massenhaft im Garten... Vielleicht nächstes Jahr!
Liebe Grüße,
Attilafabolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04112043820790835299noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7657484016703869577.post-64756603655953071852015-06-24T22:58:30.812+02:002015-06-24T22:58:30.812+02:00Dear Hannah,

Green walnuts are said to be beneficial for the liver and the digestion and cleansing the blood and the whole body. I like their softly bitter taste combined with the flavors of the added spices.
You can use according to your taste: cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, black pepper, cardamom, juniper berries, ginger or even chili or coffee beans. Just use what yo like and leave away the rest.
So if you give it a try a I wish you a lot of fun!
Attilafabolhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04112043820790835299noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7657484016703869577.post-3331284280918402652015-06-24T19:40:24.884+02:002015-06-24T19:40:24.884+02:00Fascinating recipe. I have made Black Walnut alcholic extracts before, because they were supposed to be healthy, I didn't know about adding spices and making it for a liqueur, and I guess these are English walnuts not Black walnuts? The squirrels always get all my ripe nuts so I guess I could show them and use some green ones for liqueur!Hannahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04773149110503024929noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7657484016703869577.post-819094019124206602015-06-24T18:54:54.710+02:002015-06-24T18:54:54.710+02:00Oh, wie lecker, Attila
